Branding an illustration for global academic network of Irish studies
Location
Liverpool
Branding developed for GNIS, the Global Network for Irish Studies, led by the University of Liverpool’s Institute of Irish Studies. It connects universities including Notre Dame, Trinity College Dublin and Queen’s University Belfast to share research, host joint seminars and support collaboration across Irish identity, history, literature and diaspora. The brand draws on symbols rooted in Irish history, folklore and storytelling, led by the hare, rather than defaulting to familiar Irish shorthand.
