I have taken on a project helping a French product designer trying to get his product funded or taken on by a larger manufacturer.
I decided to make a series of posters based on the style of Saul Bass, I have always loved the angular styles, bold colours and typography. Talking type, I created the names of scratches and 7PS logo to be in keeping. Another influence here is Reid Miles, also a ‘G.O.A.T’ designer of mine, I consider turntablism a true musical art form and looking over old Blue Note covers inspired the Drum Scratch poster with the inclusion of the drum sticks.
